Tom Bickes graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting. Tom spent ten years at Norrell Corporation where he held such roles as Director of Risk Management as well as Area, Regional and Divisional Vice President. In 1993, Tom joined Staffing Resources, Inc. where he held the positions of Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer and served as interim CEO of Staffing Resources Inc. prior to a merger with Career Blazers, Inc. In 2000, Tom led the management acquisition of 141 locations of Career Blazers Commercial Staffing. Since then, he has successfully led EmployBridge to industry leading growth results.
 

Shawn Poole graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting. Shawn is a certified public accountant and began his career with Arthur Andersen LLC. Shawn has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of American Studios Inc., and he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Carolina Freight Corporation. Shawn has served as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Randstad North America and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Accounting Officer and Secretary for Career Blazers prior to leading the management acquisition of EmployBridge.
 

Sharon has worked for EmployBridge and its predecessors since 1992 when she joined as Corporate Counsel of Personnel One, Inc in Coral Gables, Florida. In 1998 she assumed the role as the Vice President and General Counsel of Staffing Resources, Inc and Career Blazers, Inc. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida, College of Law where she graduated with Honors and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree from Boston University.
 

Mike oversees the development and distribution of the company’s Specialty Businesses. These businesses include practices in Logistics Services, Manufacturing Services, Accounting and Finance and Medical Administration Services. Prior to EmployBridge Mike spent five years as Senior Vice President of Franchise with TRC Staffing as well as Founder and CEO of The Jholdas Group Inc. which specializes in the field of organizational development. Mike graduated from Flagler College with a bachelor's in History.
 

Paul oversees corporate Sales and Marketing for EmployBridge. He graduated from Colorado State University in Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Industrial Relations. Prior to EmployBridge, Paul spent many years at Norrell Corporation where he held the positions of VP of Human Resources, Vice President of Marketing and Training Development, as well as Regional Vice President. Prior to Norrell, Paul spent 10 years in the medical manufacturing industry with Baxter Healthcare and St. Jude Medical where he held senior sales and marketing management positions. He began his career with Xerox. Paul joined EmployBridge in 2000.
