Maintenance Technician |

Previous experience with automated conveyors, packaging, and labeling equipment required. Previous mechanical and electrical experience required.
Must have experience with welding and parts fabrication. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, electrical/mechanical drawings, MSDS’s, and procedure manuals.
Job duties include:
•Provide timely repair, minimization of machinery downtime, installation, and maintenance of manufactory machinery in a high volume environment.
•Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools, power tools, reassemble equipment.
•Provide routine maintenance to optimize machinery performance.
•Provide appropriate assemblage, install, and/or repair electrical wiring and electronic components, machinery, and equipment.
•Diagnose mechanical problems and determine changes in dimensional requirements using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments/devices.
•Lubricates and cleans parts, gears, and bearings.
•Installs special functional and structural parts in devices and machinery.
•Repairs electrical, pneumatic, and electronic devices, parts, equipment as needed.
•Programs PLC’s as required.
